Dent station comes with over 125 years of famous railway history, it sits on the famous Settle-Carlisle Line.
The station has all the attributes of warm, comfortable self-catering accommodation, with modern amenities and central heating, whilst also retaining many of it's traditional features.
The station comfortably accommodates up to four people in a king room, and an adult bunk bed room, (soon to be converted to a double room), both rooms are on the ground floor.
There is a large dining kitchen and sitting room with original open fire, huge widow and spectacular views looking down Dentdale. There is also a large walk in shower room with underfloor heating.
All the accommodation is on the ground floor.
Weekly stays at Dent Station are Saturday to Saturday or, when available, Wednesday to Wednesday.
Part weeks are also available - either 4 nights Saturday to Wednesday or 3 nights Wednesday to Saturday.

Because the station is in use on an active line, we regret that children under the age of 7 are not permitted to stay at the station.
The spectacular view towards Dentdale
The property is Grade II listed and is situated within an acre of land, running parallel with the Settle-Carlisle Railway Line. A patio at the southern end of the station permits views South towards Blea Moor overlooking Dent Head and Arten Gill Viaduct, West down towards the stunning Dentdale and North towards Rise Hill Tunnel.

The sitting room at Dent Station
The sitting room was formerly the main waiting room, the kitchen converted from the ladies waiting room, the shower and wash room formerly the gent’s washroom and the w/c originally the coal store.
The property benefits from oil fired central heating in addition to under floor solar powered heating. There is also a a healthy supply of coal for the sitting room open fire.
The Master Bedroom
Bedroom 1 - on the platform side was originally the ticket office, it contains a King sized bed.
Bedroom 2 - originally the porters’ room sleeps 2 in solid wood adult sized bunk beds, (soon to be converted to a double room), both rooms are on the ground floor.
Outside the station there is a seating area and plenty of open space to enjoy the views by day and the star filled 'dark skies' at night.
